1 Toddle Rock - Provide us with 1.5 yards x 54" {or 56") wide of upholstery fabric. Custom orders are $45.00 plus s/h. Add $3.50 for custom pillow. Add $5.00 for two custom pillows.
1 Toddleman - Provide us with 1/2 yards x 54" (or 56") wide of upholstery fabric. Custom Order Toddleman are $24.95 plus $9.95 for shipping & handling per Toddleman. The Toddleman can not be shipped with the Toddle Rock.
1 Custom Toddle Rock + 1 Toddleman + 2 Toddle Rock Puff Pillows - Provide us with 2 yards x 54" (or 56") wide of upholstery fabric. Cost $74.95 + shipping & handling. Send an e-mail to mail@toddlerock.com for your shipping charges.
Allow 7-10 Business days for your order to be made once your custom fabric is received. Send fabric to Toddle Rock 93 Briar Hills Dr. Dothan, Al. 36301. Enclose a check amount stated above plus shipping charges. Send an e-mail with your zip code to mail@toddlerock.com for your shipping charges.

Information Needed with Fabric:
Be sure your fabric is DURABLE and STAIN RESISTANT. Remember your child will be using it all the time. They have a tendency to be messy at times.

Can the chair be covered in vinyl?
Yes.
Provide us with 1.5 yards x 54" (or 56") wide. Vinyl must be rolled not flat folded. If your fabric is not upholstery fabric it will be returned and your chair will not be made.
Are fabrics available other than the standard fabrics featured here?
No.
All our fabrics are shown. You can receive Fabric Samples by calling (334) 702-6761 or sending an e-mail. Please include your complete mailing address and phone number.
There is a $10 charges for Samples. The $10 charge includes the samples and mailing charges. This cost includes up to 15 fabric samples. mail@toddlerock.com
We do not have a catalog, we only sell from the site and we only sell for the prices on the site. The Toddle Rock and Toddleman is priced to sell. If you will compare the prices with prices in stores you will find that they are very competitive and very close to most wholesale prices now.
Can I get a discount if I order more than one Toddle Rock?
Sorry we do not offer discounts for ordering more than one chair. This is our policy because we keep our prices very reasonable. Our chairs are not imported they are made in the USA.
Will you ship other than the United States?
We ship within the US and its territories. We ship to
Canada, except for the Northwest and Yukon, with UPS Standard rates.
We do not ship to the Northwest and Yukon because UPS does not offer
Standard shipping to this region. All shipments to Canada are
sent Standard UPS Ground and we apply the Nafta Document to your
shipping. You will not be responsible for the Duty Fees
You will only have to pay a flat $10.00 Brokerage Fee & Taxes
We do ship to APO, AE( military) addresses by the United States Postal Service.
We only use UPS ground to business or residential addresses. APO, AE orders are shipped USPS.
Do you ship to APO, AE addresses?
Yes.
You must order at www.toddlerock.com. Our shopping cart is set to only accept UPS shipping. To ship to an APO an APO, AE address ONLY using the USPS use the following zip code "44444" and you will be able to continue ordering. We will adjust the shipping charges on this end and e-mail your charges. The approximate shipping cost will be $35.00 -$40.00 which includes delivery confirmation and insurance. Please provide a current e-mail address. You can add additional information in the Special Instructions section of your order form.
Do not use this zip code to place an order for a foreign address because your order will not be processed. We only ship to the United States, Canada and APO addresses.
What are the dimensions of the chair?
Height 18". Width 17.5". Depth 16". Weight 19 pounds. (Low profile "no tip" design) Seat Dimensions 10" x 11"
Top of Seat to the Floor - 8" - This measurement is the length of your child's leg length when sitting in the chair.
How much weight will the chair support?
Up to 50 pounds.
Do I have to assemble the chair?
No
You will only have to put the rockers on the bottom of the chair which if only assembled with 4 screws, directions are included.
How soon can you ship my order?
All orders are shipped by UPS. Click here is see shipping cost.. Our policy is to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 3 days. They are individually made by hand so please allow up to 1 weeks for your order to be processed.
If you need your order for a Special Day please put this information in the Special Instructions when ordering. We try our hardest to honor Birthdays and Special Days.
You are welcome to exchange the chair for another fabric of your choice but chairs can not be returned. The dimensions of the chair our given. If you exchange your chair for a different fabric you are responsible for all shipping charges. All exchanges must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery date.
All sales are final.
No refunds will be given to personalized chairs. Be sure you have entered all of your information correctly. We have made the cost of our chairs extremely affordable.
If your chair is damaged in shipping call or email immediately. We will issue a call tag and have your chair picked up. Upon receiving the damaged chair we will issue you a replacement. You will not be responsible for the shipping charges for damages during shipping. We must be contacted within 3 days of your delivery date.
Personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
If paying by personal check or money order go to the CHECK OUT page. Click on pay by check\money order. You will be able to print out a order form for mailing in with your order. When paying by check remember your order is shipped when you check is cleared.
Yes, you can check out with the shopping cart and choose the option that will allow you to either fax or mail the order with your credit card information. Fax your order to 334-702-0078.
