Personalization Tips

When ordering remember there are no returns or exchanges on personalized items. You can make requests in the "Special Instructions" when placing your order.

1. Our embroidery is sized to fit the Toddle Rock so you do not have to use all capital letters for it to stand out.
2. Long names do not always look good in all capital letters.  You are welcome to ask for our opinion.
3. On our Pink Chenille Fabrics white lettering does not show up good.
4. Fabrics with designs or dots can be personalized nicely. We work to get your name the best we can.  Example: Our Polka Dot fabric will have a dot somewhere in the name it can not be avoided.
5. If you do not see the color of thread you would like you are welcome to see if we have it.
6. Personalization does not slow down your order.
7. Vinyl and Leather Look fabrics personalize nicely.
8. We personalize up to 11 letters.
9. Remember the exact way you type the name you what personalized is the way we will process it.  Please check your order before you complete it.  Some orders are processed the day they are received so you will not have time to change it.
10. We do our best to adjust the color of thread to the fabric color.
11. On the L'amour Pink Toile we match the Pink thread to the pink in the fabric.
12. If you have a double name here is an example of how we will type set it.  Sarah Grace  It can not exceed 11 letters.
13. Princess Script and Special Script are cursive fonts. They can not be done in all capital letters.
14. Monogram is initials only and remember that they are done with the last name initial in the middle.  When placing your order enter the initials exactly the way you want them to appear.
15. Suggestions for embroidery other than names : Grandkids, Princess, Prince
