Return or Exchange Policy
This is the Return and Exchange Policy for the Generation Two Toddle
Rock only. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific
guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle free return and exchange process
for damaged chairs.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED BY UPS GROUND AND IF THE DAMAGE IS VISIBLE UPON DELIVERY HAVE YOUR DRIVER MAKE A NOTE YOUR RECEIVED IT DAMAGED.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase call immediately. You can return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. There are no excepts to these guidelines. All Generation Two Toddle Rocks are made to order and we take much pride in our workmanship so all orders are thoroughly inspected before they leave our company.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less all shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please note no personalized product can be returned. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
Please contact us at 334-702-6761 or email us for further instructions on you return and to receive an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Absolutely no refunds are given to merchandise that is returned without an RMA. Toddle Rock will not receive any package without an RMA and UPS will return it to you with added shipping cost. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 3 days and we will send you the correct or missing product at no cost to you. Our customer service hours are Mon - Fri 8:00 to 5:00 Central Time.
